Add or create an email account

Email accounts in Airpipe Mail are created and managed by your organization's administrator.

Creating a new account

New user accounts and email addresses are set up by the administrator. Contact whoever is responsible for email in your organization, or email support@airpipe.ai, and we'll help out.

Using your account

Once the account has been created, sign in at mail.airpipe.ai, with your address and password. You can also connect the account in other email apps — see Set up Airpipe Mail in other apps.

For security reasons, regular users cannot create new addresses themselves. This ensures that every address in the organization is approved.
