Password security
Your password is what protects your email. A few simple habits keep your account secure.
Security basics
- Use a strong, unique password for your email — ideally a long passphrase.
- Don’t reuse the password from other services.
- Always sign out on shared or public computers.
- Watch out for phishing — Airpipe will never ask you for your password by email.
Suspect your password has been compromised?
Change your password right away if you suspect someone has gained access to it. Passwords are managed by your administrator — contact your organization or email support@airpipe.ai. See also Change your password.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication is not available in Airpipe Mail at this time — sign-in uses your email address and password. For that reason, use a strong and unique password.
If you get an unexpected email asking you to “verify” or “confirm” your password, don’t click. Sign in directly via mail.airpipe.ai instead, and email support if something feels wrong.
